A class perfect for beginners who would enjoy a very relaxing practice. Most poses will be held for several minutes allowing muscles and fascia to stretch and open. To make these poses as comfy as possible, props like bolsters, yoga straps, blocks and blankets will be used.

Attendees MUST commit to the 4-week session or passes will expire.
