Mommy or Daddy and Me Yoga

Class will be limited to 4 students to allow for social distancing.

 

Partner with your youngster, ages 3-5, in fun poses as we encourage good health, develop lifelong healthy habits, and have fun doing so. Children should be able to play follow the leader to participate fully. All classes start with centering and a breathing technique. Yoga can help children with body awareness, connection, and kindness all in a playful, fun, and easy-going class. 

Registration is required.
