Mindful Slow Flow Yoga
This class is for all levels and is beginner-friendly. Class begins with an intention and flows into a slow warm-up, making sure each part of the body is safely ready to move and stretch. We work from the ground up and eventually make our way into slow sun salutations, balance postures, and then wind back down for a peaceful savasana. We will be moving mindfully, focusing on connecting breath and movement. This is a 4-week class and each week we will be focusing on a new theme to move more mindfully both on the mat and off. Drop-Ins are welcome.
Attendees MUST commit to the 4-week session or passes will expire.
*Minimum of 3 people per class.
