Loree

Expert Level John F. Barnes Method Myofascial Release Practitioner, Licensed Massage Therapist #3618-046

Loree has had a very successful career and is now retired.

Loree’s love and compassion for children with special needs was the motivation for her first career as a foster parent and special education teacher. She graduated from UW-Whitewater in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in special education.

After 26 years of working with special needs children and dealing with chronic illness, Loree discovered alternatives that led her on a healing journey to a new career path as a massage therapist.

Loree graduated from East-West Healing Arts Institute in 2005 and became certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. She is licensed in the state of Wisconsin and is a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals.

In September 2006 Loree attended her first John F. Barnes Myofascial Release seminar.  She knew immediately that she had found what she needed to best facilitate her clients in their own healing journey. Since then, Loree has taken all of the John F. Barnes Myofascial Seminars becoming an Expert Level Myofascial Release Therapist.   She is an instructor at JFR-MFR seminars and is the facilitator of the Wisconsin JFB-MFR study group.

JFB-MFR has not only changed Loree's practice but it has had a huge impact on her own personal well-being.

Loree teaches at Everyday Bliss Massage School in Waukesha, Wisconsin.  She teaches the 8-hour introduction to JFB-MFR as well as ethics, Swedish massage and more.
