Happy Hour Yoga
If you're looking to start your New Year with intention, this class is for you! Happy Hour Yoga is beginner-friendly and offers modifications for those who wish to go deeper. The class will begin with setting an intention and move into a slow warm-up of movements and slow half sun salutations (option to build to full sun salutations). Once the body is warm, we will focus on moving with our breath in slow sequences working our way from the ground, up to standing (building strength and balance), and then back down to the ground for peaceful relaxation. Come unwind--at Happy Hour!

Attendees MUST commit to the 4-week session or passes will expire.
