This class is designed for beginners and intermediate level Yogis. All classes start with centering and a breathing technique while setting goals for each class. Classes focus on connecting the breath, releasing tension, and helps students gain flexibility and strength. Gentle yoga uses classic postures with slight variations to accommodate all levels of yoga students. Expect to do Sun Salutations, Balancing Poses, Floor Poses, and many other stretches along the way. Join in this fun and relaxing yoga class.
