Frequent, Intense, Therapy (FIT) Program

for Patients

  • Two-week+ program

  • Intake Evaluation

  • Multiple treatment sessions

  • Self-treatment techniques

If you have chronic pain, mobility issues, TMJ, headaches, sciatica, back pain, traumatic injury, scar tissue, carpal tunnel syndrome, or chronic fatigue, this program is for you.

The FIT program is a two-week (minimum) program and includes a comprehensive intake evaluation, multiple treatment sessions each day of the program, and self-treatment techniques that are unique to your needs.

This treatment program is based primarily on the John F. Barnes approach to Myofascial Release (JFB-MFR).  All of our bodyworkers are required to have JFB-MFR training.

The benefit of receiving multiple treatments per day for several consecutive days can bring structural balance as well as disrupt bracing and holding patterns that are contributing to pain and mobility issues.

The comprehensive intake evaluation includes gait, posture, range of motion (ROM), and hands-on analysis of fascial restrictions. The information collected during this intake will give you and the therapists valuable information which will form the base for your treatment sessions.

Multiple sessions on each of 5 consecutive days will include individual sessions, multiple therapist sessions which will involve structural work and unwinding, small group meditation/guided imagery with discussion to help you find your “felt sense” with options for Reiki, yoga, acupuncture, massage, or any of our other services as available.

Most sessions will include demonstration and instruction on self-treatment techniques that will allow you to continue your healing journey at home.

At the end of the program, an exit evaluation will be conducted as well as a review of self-treatment techniques that were given throughout your program.
