Traditional yoga postures fused with core strengthening exercises. Designed to tone and lengthen the body's muscles with synchronized breath. Build strength while increasing flexibility and blood flow with this practice. An important foundation of yoga (and life) is a strong, engaged core. This class will help to tone the abdominal wall and increase strength in the deeper core muscles, helping to create that foundation.
