A Step Beyond Beginners
This class is an Intermediate Beginners Yoga class. This class will take the foundational Beginner Yoga poses to the next "step" or "lunge" forward into learning new poses, holding poses, and continuing to work on lengthening and strengthening your muscles. Mediation and breath work will continue to be a part of this class along with a final relaxation. All beginners are welcome and modifications will always be shared.
Instructor: Lynn Neu
Date/Time: Mondays at 5:30 pm and Thursdays at 8:30 am
Ages/Levels Welcome: Ages 12 and up, all levels
Registration is required by calling 920-262-2954.
Attendees MUST commit to the 4-week session or passes will expire.
*Minimum of 3 people per class.
*We have a limited number of yoga mats available for use during class.
